Exchange and Return Policy
At LOVORY , we strive to make your experience as luxurious and safe as you deserve, which is why we have designed a flexible exchange and return policy that puts your satisfaction first:
- Local returns (within Saudi Arabia):
- The customer can return the item within 24 hours of receiving it.
- The item must be unused , in its original condition, with the box, packaging and all attachments.
- substitution:
- The customer has the right to exchange the item within 48 hours of receipt.
- The item must be new, unused, and intact with the original packaging.
- International requests:
- For international shipping, exchange or return is only accepted if there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping responsibility:
- Shipping and insurance costs for returned or exchanged parts are the responsibility of the customer.
- The shipment must be fully insured until the return or exchange is received.
- Refund:
- The refund process takes place within 7 working days of receiving the item and verifying its condition.
- If paying via Tamara or Tabby , 2.5% of the total amount will be deducted as a non-refundable Tabby service fee.
- Special requests:
- Custom-designed or engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
