Exchange and Return Policy

At LOVORY , we strive to make your experience as luxurious and safe as you deserve, which is why we have designed a flexible exchange and return policy that puts your satisfaction first:

  1. Local returns (within Saudi Arabia):
  • The customer can return the item within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • The item must be unused , in its original condition, with the box, packaging and all attachments.
  1. substitution:
  • The customer has the right to exchange the item within 48 hours of receipt.
  • The item must be new, unused, and intact with the original packaging.
  1. International requests:
  • For international shipping, exchange or return is only accepted if there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect.
  1. Shipping responsibility:
  • Shipping and insurance costs for returned or exchanged parts are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The shipment must be fully insured until the return or exchange is received.
  1. Refund:
  • The refund process takes place within 7 working days of receiving the item and verifying its condition.
  • If paying via Tamara or Tabby , 2.5% of the total amount will be deducted as a non-refundable Tabby service fee.
  1. Special requests:
  • Custom-designed or engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
